Well child intervals

Preventative care in adults can often be covered by a yearly physical, but children have to come in frequently during their first few years for several reasons. Aside from immunizations, children must be monitored to be certain that they are achieving certain developmental milestones. These visits also provide the best opportunity for prevention or early intervention in a number of developmental and behavioral problems that of great concern to everyone. Below you can find our standard well child visit schedule.

  • Early Neonate Visit
  • 2 Weeks of age
    • Receives Hep B #1
  • 1 Month of  age
  • 2 Months of age
    • Dtap, Hib, Polio, Prevnar and Hep B 2
  • 4 Months of age
    • Dtap, Hib, Polio and Prevnar
  • 6 Months of age
    • Dtap, Hib, Polio, Prevnar and Hep b 3
  • 9 Months of age
  • 12 Months of age
    • Varicella and MMR
  • 15 Months of age
    • Dtap and Hib
  • 18 Months of age
  • 2 Years of age
  • 3 years of age
